    If you have the money there are all sorts of possibilities. A big house could be bought and split (PP to do this properly), a second house built in a big garden/conversion of outbuilding (again subject to PP), you could ask estate agents if they know of any suitable areas with good turnover, or you could buy where you want then murder the neighbours (subject to avoiding detection and becoming subject of a Netflix documentary).
