Royal Mail Complaint Email Address

I have a similar situation where I have ordered some stamps from the Royal Mail website (Special Stamp Issues). I recently received a tracking number for that order, which I don't normally get as it is usually delivered by normal post. The email is in Norwegian and states that a package is being delivered there. I have tried contacting Royal Mail to confirm the email is legitimate (the tracking number works) but I seem to be going around in circles trying to find the right avenue, which does not seem to exist. I believe thee is an error on their behalf as I have ordered countless times through the website and had items sent to the same address here in England for the last 7 years. Can anyone help or advise me please?

Hi, payment definitely taken. Also I did contact them shortly after moving (6 months ago) when expected mail didn’t arrive, they apologised and redirected the missing mail. I don’t think would’ve happened if I hadn’t been signed up to some degree, but agree it sounds like something may have gone wrong with it. If only I could speak to them to get it sorted!!
