Raking up an old post - sorry. I just tried this and got an automated email back, basically telling me to navigate the labyrynth of support options on their website - or call them (current call wait time: 50+ minutes).Gave up and I'll go and have it out with the post office in person.0

Sorry I know it’s an old thread. I can see from recent posts the email address doesn’t work. The only option from navigating the website (going round in circles a few dozen times) seems to be calling the number. I’ve tried this five times over the last month, every time been on hold over 40 minutes before giving up. There must be an easier way of accessing than this? Has anyone had any luck with social media?
the problem: paid 99 pounds for redirection(for two of us) 7 months ago and not received a single letter. I had an email from my life insurance company saying they had sent a letter to the old address and it had been returned as no longer at address. I have been calling the redirection number by the way.0 -

Sounds like a good idea thanks, but also feels unnecessarily difficult. It’s a bit of a drive and I’ve got a feeling they’d tell me to use the phone line anywayuser1977 said:
Have you tried contacting your (old) delivery office, as that's where the redirection takes place?Sam_S3 said:

Do you know what, I don’t think I did. A week or so after moving I had a couple of letters from bank and savings accounts, both saying they’d sent letters to the old address too for security. When the didn’t arrive I called an actually go through. They were apologetic and the next couple of days the mail came redirected. Didn’t get anything else till the email from my insurance company. I just need to speak to someone but the difficulty trying to get through has been immense. Really doesn’t seem like the great and dependable company it once was any more, sorry to saysheramber said:

Have you searched for a direct line? Just tried looking up my own one and it reveals a geographic number for it (whether it would be any more use is another question!).Sam_S3 said:1 -
It sounds lijke it didn't go through as they send a letter to all those named confirming the redirection.Sam_S3 said:
