Looking for cheap basic handset / contract sim with cashback redemption (like the old days)

For many years I've taken out cashback (via redemption) deals for myself and family members.
It has worked out cheaper to get them with a basic handset rather than sim only when taking into account cashback.
The last one I took out was through Fonehouse for a 30GB Data sim (Talkmobile) with a basic Doro 6040 mobile (The handset never used), and it worked out at £2.80 per month after cashback redemption and topcashback.
I've just been looking for something similar and not finding any of these good deals. ]
Checking directly with fonehouse.co.uk, mobiles.co.uk and mobilephonesdirect doesn't give these offers - I know they were previously only available via comparison sites but I'm still not finding anything.
Does anyone know of any similar deals at the moment ?
