Hello @Coupon-mad @Le_Kirk and everyone else.
Thank you so much for all the help so far - the end is in sight, hopefully.
I have received via email a Notice of Discontinuance from DCB Legal. I had received notification of the court date via letter and then two calls from DCB looking to settle, as well as an offer to settle via email. Then this came through a day after the offer to settle email. They say it has been filed with the court and it has been signed by a Paralegal at DCB. Am I waiting for a judge's signed copy of this before it is confirmed? And if so, should I still forward papers to satisfy the 14 day before deadline to the Court and DCB so there is no room for error?
Thanks Again3 -
No need to file anything. It is over. There is no "signed copy" from a judge. Please post the NoD so we have confirmation.3
