    Yay - well done!

ANOTHER CEL ONE BITES THE DUST!

You don't need to do anything but could just forward the CEL email to the local court and ask for a reply to confirm that the hearing is now vacated.

     :)

Yay! They posted it as a letter... So I'll scan it in and email it to the court to ask. Thanks for all the help! In some ways I'm a little disappointed that it didn't go to court, was pretty excited to get my first taste of the 'system' haha.

Here's my offer of drop hands/dropped hands for anyone else searching. Civil Enforcement Horton House Exchange Flags Liverpool L23PF Without Prejudice Save as to Costs 01/01/2024 Re: Civil Enforcement Limited V XYZ Claim No: XYZ PCN: XYZ I write further to your letter dated xx/xx/xxxx and wish to respond as follows. In the interest of resolving this matter without further expenditure of time, costs, and resources for both parties, I propose a 'drop hands' settlement. This would mean that each party agrees to withdraw their respective claims or defences in the matter and bear their own costs incurred to date. This proposal is not an admission of any liability or wrongdoing. I believe this proposal is a practical and equitable resolution, considering the points raised in my defence that you have received, and the facts laid out. It would avoid the risk and expense of further litigation for both parties. Please confirm your agreement to this proposal within 14 days from date of this letter, after which the offer will lapse automatically. Yours sincerely, XYZ.
