Got the N180 from the court and have just over a week to send it off. The question is what court do I want? I assume the civil and family justice centre since I'm not a murderer?

The two highlighted are still good, you don't need to send anything to the DPO.WarfredOmega said:CEL themselves. I've got these as their emails.

So, interesting update (for me) - I waited for the court date, and CEL's final notice/threat and then sent them an offer to drop hands. Which they have now done! They sent me a Notice of discontinuance (N279). Is there a way for me to double-check that it is actually discontinued? The court date is/was for 10th March. I'll try ringing the court up during the week.
