Remove this repetition in para 2:

"However, it is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle. (added =>)It is admitted that on the material date the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle..."

Odd speechmark at the end of paragraph 4.

Para 5 about the HA doesn't make sense because it talks about providing 'alternative parking' (i.e. In a case where the parking bays are out of action).  That's not what your case is about.

I see that the bulk litigator is DCB Legal so they will discontinue by the Spring anyway. Good defence.

So quick update, we received yesterday an n180 questionnaire alongside another email from DCBL

I will fill it up and send it as shown on newbies.
After that will wait for B and C below
    (b) Witness Statement & evidence and costs assessment stage.
    (c) A hearing at your local court. It could be a video or telephone Hearing.

    Will update you guys.

If the N180 came from DCB Legal, then you don't complete that. You await your own copy from the CNBC (formerly CCBC). See Template Defence Announcement post 1, steps 7-10.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Ok so i got some update and a bad news, my hearing is in 11 days. Last week, I received a bundle of documents from DCBL, including their 14-page witness statement. I found their arguments quite interesting, although the rest of the bundle was mostly pictures. I’d love to share it with you all, but I’m unsure if that could get me into trouble.

Today, they sent me an email with a hearing bundle, giving me less than 24 hours to respond because they want to file it the next day. I’ve also requested that they send me any additional information they have about me. Is there anything else I should ask for at this stage?

Now, here’s where I made a big mistake,I completely forgot to submit my own witness statement (WS). I had submitted my defense while ago last year, and for some reason, I mistakenly thought i had time. I’ve been waiting to hear back from them, but today I realized I should have submitted the WS at least 14 days before the hearing. It’s entirely my fault; the whole process has been so drawn out that I lost focus. What are my options?

Get it done ASAP and submit it as an email to both parties by 4pm tomorrow,  but the sooner the better

Try to keep it under the 50 page limit too

Email to your local civil court and CC the lawyers DCB Legal, not DCBL   ( or claimant if no lawyers   )

    Late is better than never

Absolutely do your WS and evidence tonight and email it to them before 9am tomorrow.

You know what exhibits to include because the Newbies thread lists them a-h. Go read it!

Can't really see that but it's unimportant: concentrate on bunging in yours BEFORE they rush to send the joint bundle without your WS (they will do that if you let them).

When you email them make sure you copy in the local court hearings address.  You are required to 'file and serve' which includes the court, (even if the C is tasked with sending a joint bundle).
