Hi, not.sure if I should start a new thread, but I have exactly the same text message. It could be related to ignoring retail car park ticket and zzps letters?
I haven't even clicked the link to read as so worried about it and acknowledging by clicking is not something I would do because of potential scams and virus, especially on a mobile phone. 3D
When you say ignore, do you mean also don't click and read it?
I hope the OP finds it ok. I feel for them as getting these threats is horrible.
I perhaps should have dealt with this sooner, but like most people now have extremely hard times surviving to spend time with this.
My thoughts now are to write to the retailer with telling them of harassment after shopping with them..........I was over a white line as the car park was virtually empty on a very quiet time and I only popped in for a small shop. Notices are not at the shop front, nor the bay I was in and facing, only on poles about 3 ft above head height at certain points .... There is one low, but that's on the first building nowhere near most of the shops and gym.
The only text large enough on the pole signs is the "3 hours only to stay to shop".....all the rest tiny, especially at height!0 -

Why on earth would you even consider clicking on a text message with a link from a number you don't know? That is a scam waiting to happen, delete it and block the number, think about it, if this is real they will have your details and all the information to send a proper begging letter to your home address. Then take @Grizebeck's advice he certainly isn't a scammer1

Thanks all, I am in Wales.......does that change the advice re the text?
I will start a new thread once I have time later today, but thank you for clarification thus far.
(I didn't start new post initially as the OP was exactly the same text question....and I thought maybe useful for others to read in same. Like I said will do my own later with more outline. Thanks)0 -
