QDR message threatening legal action.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some help, I’ve read many threads but still feeling a bit lost.

I have received a text message (I’m not sure how they got my number) from l  lol e
, I am the registered keeper.

As a single mum (already in an IVA) I’m really worried of this going to court as I’ve heard more and more have been now in NI.

Should I just contact QDR and state that I am not taking responsibility as I am the keeper not the driver on the day in question.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated (I’ve read many forums and the newbies, my head is just spinning now)

thank you.

Do you live in Northern Ireland?

Did the parking event take place in Northern Ireland?

Yea, I live in NI and PCN issued in NI. I have read numerous posts with advice on not to acknowledge anything but I’m just worried this will move onto CCJ.

Ignore it. You won't get a CCJ from this.

And who is the parking company ???

Just a bit of information, QDR are an offshoot of the disgraced Wright Hassall solicitors.

    What did the text say

Are you sure to Ignore it?

I received a PCN initially from APCOA (driver received this at hospital) - I ignored all, I then received follow up ones from ZZPS and that they have taking over and are now the debt collectors really.

On Friday evening, I received a text message with a link and in the link it was from QDR solicitors.

I'm just really concerned that a CCJ would have a major impact on my IVA.

I haven’t been sleeping over the worry of it all.

Slow down and listen.. ZZPS is known as the OSNER SCAM WHO SPOUT TOTAL RUBBISH
Powerless sewer living critters who are kissing cousins to QDR ....

For these bods it's a game of pass the parcel to see which one can get you to pay, hoping you are a mug

N.I is a great place for consumers but not so for money scammers

Umkomaas is right, this will never see the time of day in court and that means NO CCJ

Others in N.I. have used your consumer council to see off these money scammers

Different parking company but same principal

    Contact the Consumer Council TOMORROW
    https://www.consumercouncil.org.uk/

Tell them your hospital story, and you have an IVA
Tell them you are being harassed by ZZPS and QDR and that QDR has sent you an unsolicited text and give them that link

Leave it with them to get this cancelled

Of course you can always come back here
