Group Nexus - DCB Legal Claim Form

  • Hello all again. I made sure to file my AoS and defence. I'm at the stage where I received the Directions questionnaire (pressume N180 form) which was dated 18th October 2023 from DCB legal. I have since waited for my own copy from CCBC, which I still have not received. I read elsewhere on the forum to not submit a N180 form until MCOL has stated that such form has been sent to me. I checked the MCOL portal and within the Claim History box the latest update was the Filing of my Defence and nothing related to CCBC having sent the questionnaire my way.

My question now is, whether I download my own copy and sent through email to CCBC as well as the claimant (DCB Legal - would this be through Email or post)?
Or do I wait for my own copy?

    Just wait.

The Template Defence 'first 12 steps' cover this and say that DQ might take at least 2 months.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • I have now received and completed the N180 form from CCBC. I understand that now I have to serve a copy back to CCBC and the claimant (DCB Legal).
May I do this through email? Or does it have to be through post.
I did not see the Bargepole post mentioning that.

It's back to re-reading the most recent reply you have received on this very thread, where it says...
The Template Defence 'first 12 steps' cover this...
But to save you the trouble, here are steps 9 and 10...
