My purchase offer was accepted but estate agents proceeded with another offer without telling me.

@RonsDaughter, it's good to get things off your chest and having a good vent helps enormously. It absolutely sucks this happened but experience is a great thing and you will definitely be in the driving seat next time.
Karma is a great thing & maybe the sale will fall through & they come back to you & then you will have found something far superior (I'm a great believer of things happen for a reason)
My last sale was the one that ended a day before exchange which made the chain fall apart, in hindsight I'm glad it happened as we are now in a much better position and our purchase then would have been wrong moving forward1 -
