Wayfair refusing to give me a refund

I assumed from the fancy looking website this was a decent company. But a quick look on Trust Pilot shows they are terrible.

Over a month ago, I purchased an item for nearly £400. Twice it missed dispatch by dates and they reordered it. Same thing happened so I decided to cancel.

It's been the same back a forth for two weeks now. They say they have requested the cancellation but can't cancel, and therefore refund, until the supplier has confirmed cancellation.

Each time they say they give the supplier 3 days to confirm, the day comes and I've heard nothing so complain and the cycle then continues.

I purchased on my debit card. What are my options?

Talk to your bank about a chargeback on the card.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Nothing much helpful to add but They are definitely very hit and miss. Had both good and bad experiences. They also try not to payout on cashback sites either which is also very frustrating
