Well yesterday 7th September my ISA left Virgin Money on it's way to Nat West which was requested 10th August, so almost a month to get this far.
I expected it to be in my Nat West account today but no, nothing showing...
When I look at Virgin Money it shows the ISA amount as spent.. with BRANCH in capital letters?
Then in the detail it shows Transaction Type: Transfer.
Does this mean the money will be transferred by cheque from a branch or does a branch have to do an electronic transfer, all a bit odd, anyone had similar with their transfers?

After sitting on their backsides for 2 weeks they sent me a letter saying I needed to fill in an ISA transfer form, but they only told me by post and it arrived a few days before the receipt deadline. This wasn't from virgin. Needless to say I didn't bother as I would miss the deadline and have funds in limbo, so instead I filled a complaint and moved my ISA elsewhere.

It's just as well this is a good deal because on maturity you can bet their incompetent ISA team will leave everyone's month languishing at 0.25% for a month before getting round to transferring it out...

Should be digital.  FWIW, money left the account at my old provider on the 6th and still hasn't hit my Natwest account yet.  I suspect if is all done manually and we all know how fast they are.

Just to give hope to others, I was in the same position with money leaving VM on 6th Sept. That’s now been credited to my NarWest account on 22nd. I started the whole process on 4th August😲

I can second that, mine arrived 22nd too, also left VM 6th Sept and was started 10th August, I did raise a complaint and had acknowledgement of it but that is all so far...
