Budget Reconciliation Plan

I’ve been charged a Budget Reconciliation on my broadband.. when i joined they said it would be £31 a month it was actually £47.50 so I’ve left and got BT Fiber 900 for £56 a month i owe £77 pounds and i only joined in June 2023 😑🙇‍♂️

    You need to clarify the facts.  Did you leave the original provider before the end of your contract?  If so, is this an early exit penalty charge, or  is it BT that is saying you owe them £77?    If you can post a copy of  the redacted bill it would be easier to understand the charge.
