RBS ISA fixed rate 5.9% help

Does anyone have access to the information on the above ISA ?

I opened this ISA at the last minute on Monday 14th for available for customers, I was sure i had selected 24m fix and instead seem to have a 12m term paying 5.9%

I was going to transfer a large ISA to it but I am getting no where as I cant find info or contact RBS as im either directed to phone a helpline for ISA only open hours im at work or getting no where with the chat bot or left on line

Im resigned to the fact its a one year and was going to forget the transfer as im running out of time and put some new money in but cant find any information on dates for this ISA im going round in circles

All ths information sheets on the site do not relate to this one

Can anyone help

What makes you think its a 12m? Where do you see it?
I ask because Natwest think mine is a 12m ISA too but it shows 5.9%.

Confusingly, they call both the 1yr and 2yr "Annual" on the application form.

@Prunetheroses123 - isn't it showing in your on-line portal yet?
  • Hi there there it is there in my online portal it says terms - 12 but the rate is 5.9% and i thought the rate was 5.7% for a one year and 5.9% for two year

scroll down to Information Sheets and find under "Fixed Rate Isas no longer on sale" the sheet for issues 326 and 327 (1 yr and 2yr respect.)

Did you not download or print this during the applic process?

Hi there thanks for your reply

Yes i have tried this numerous times but when i click on that information sheet the one thats there is 324 and 325 under the heading of 326 and 327

I have tried a few times to tell them this and find my correct rate and dates they direct me to this and it has wrong PDF in

I have now popped some money in and will use my full ISA allowance with this fantastic rate of 5.9 for one year

    You're right - it's the wrong link.

And the link provided by @FatFred66 is not working in my browser (ffox) either.

I have a PDF copy but can't seem to screenshot it so I have sent you the text in Word form by PM

I'd made a mistake with the link somehow - I've corrected it now.
