I have InvestEngine account and Ive noticed that now they also have ISA. Im a bit confused as dont see how their ISA is different from their regular account. Anyone knows?:) Also I have about 20k of savings and in couple of months most of it is coming out of bonds. Is InvestEngine the best place to keep it now?

It isn't different, an Isa is just a tax wrapper.

Is it best? Define what, "best" means. If you want access to lots of ETFs quite cheaply and you're not bothered about the speed of execution it's okay but for my circumstances iWeb works better for me for the OEICs I want with account fees.

oh I get this ISA idea now .
For the savings I meant is it better in my case to put it all to ISA (move it from InvestEngine regular investment account to ISA) or keep it in bonds ? Looking at the return and being able to access part of the money at least ,at all times. InvestEngine probably right?

IN this area you have to be careful to use the right terminology or it can be confusing.
Savings is usually taken to mean money in a savings account, safe and earning interest.
Investments are risk based and can go up and down.
Bonds can mean many different things. Do you mean fixed rate savings accounts.

Normally with investments it is better to keep them within a Stocks and Shares ISA, if possible. IT avoids any tax payments or issues.
