Broadband slower than neighbours'?

  • Yes it has wifi. I think I’ll just leave it all connected to the test socket then. Thanks for all your help! Coming here was much better than talking to Vodafone, who tried to tell me to buy a wifi booster…

    Yes it has wifi. I think I’ll just leave it all connected to the test socket then. 
    Or remove all internal wiring connections from the faceplate and put it back on which should do the same thing as it disables all internal wiring.

    Are your neighbours on a package with an up to speed the same as yours? If your on an up to 38Mb package and the neighbours are on an up to 76Mb package this could mean your up to speed would be lower than theirs. 
    My first BB package had a speed of 29Mb but dropped to 2Mb over 7 days and I had to demand that the line from the pole to the property was replaced as all that BT wanted to do was reset the connection, after the line was replaced the speed shot up to 32Mb and I later jumped the speed to an up to 76Mb connection and got 45Mb speeds
    Someone please tell me what money is
