To go back to hammering on about Power of Attorney - do please gentle him into getting his paperwork up to date, and (ulp) contemplate what would happen to him if you were to get hit by a bus & spend the next 3 months in hospital? While you're on a roll, sort your own POAs out, both health & finances.
