How can I identify the mobile number from my bank statement?
Thanks for all the helpful posts, but I have not been able to reply because of my wife's current health concerns. As it is, our son-in-law (lives not far away) is calling round to sort this out for me. He is with BT, and I shall probably be moving to them. Thanks for the PAC information. About time something was done to put a stop to the obstacles which 3 put in peoples' way. Our son-in-law had terrible problems leaving them. Took weeks, but that was about 3 years ago. I'll come back when it's all sorted.
Do you mean he works for bt, or he has a mobile with them? Btmobile is closing and moving all customers to the parent business ee, which may not be the best deal for light usage. However I am sure he can advise you and set you up with something suitable.
Sorry, I was mistaken. Our son-in-law is, in fact, with Tesco. Anyway, I have messaged PAC to 65075 and had a reply asking to re-submit with my d.o.b. Sent it off and immediately received an identical message from them. No idea what I should do now.
That's where I've gone adrift, then. I used obliques between the digits, 21/02/1953 for example. Thanks for that. They don't make it easy, especially at my age, 89.
