Portugal car hire (and baby seat?)

Hi,
We're going to Portugal with our new arrival in a few weeks, and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a local car hire company? Or is it a case of just using the standard comparison sites?
Also, we are not sure whether to take our car seat as one of the carry on items with Easyjet, or to pay for a car seat as part of the hire package. I was wondering if anyone had experience doing similar?

I have used Zitauto from Faro before, and would use them again. I have no idea of their hire charges at this time of year, or any baby seat facilities they offer.0
