rightmove searches

a couple of issues i have with rightmove
- cant choose freehold or leasehold in the search options
- if you choose garden, you still get loads of flats with a communal area, that to me is not a garden, so a private garden option would help

I find that many websites don't acknowledge search results, eBay for example.

Quite frankly even if there was a working filter for it, my idea of "large garden " is at least  4  times that of most people.
