Thank you for all your help with this and everyone else' posts by the way its amazing work everyone here is doing.
yes I have until Wednesday however I'm out of the country from Sunday for 3 weeks and although I'll be able to digitally sign the document and file it while away I'd prefer to send it out prior, with the weekday 4pm cap it means I can't send it at the weekend.

If you haven't already sent it, why are you doing the PPC's job for them, given the POC on your clam form, it does not mention overstaying, not paying, straddling a white line, in fact NOTHING that you can defend. Other defence have been filed recently that cover the sparse particulars.
