You can make a manual payment to your account of £1 through the Octopus website and this will trigger the £50 referral payment.

By the way, if 2 codes were given almost around the time I signed, one as will I get 2 x £50?  I gave one code from a referrer, and then a day or two later I gave my code to my step son who, by chance, I found out was just in the process of signing up to Octopus.  He said that they accepted my code as well, so I will be interested to see if I get 2 credits or only one.

If you referred two different people, you can get two referral bonuses.

I've been with Octopus for two years and have managed to refer four people on that time.
