There might have been a subtle note of sarcasm in my sympathies ;-) So do you think the sending my DQ into the e mail i have mentioned well be sufficient action to fulfill the criteria to serve it to the claimant? And is there any standard text to use for this? If not I'm just planning on keeping the body of the e mail light to be honest. Cheers!1

Hi - just a quick Q. I e-mailed the DQ to CCBC on 13th November and received their auto response to acknowledge receipt. I also e-mailed the claimant. When I log into MCOL there has been no update to my claim status to confirm that they have received my DQ. Should I just wait on or would you guys expect this to be updated by now? Cheers0

Name in lights coming up on the DCB Legal disco thread. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
