How to appeal a Nexus PCN

Hi All,
I hope you can help, my 88 year dad and mum have got a PCN for parking badly at a hospital. I want to appeal but can see no way to do it on Nexus website. I enter the PCN number and car Reg, it takes to a page to enter the amount to pay, but there is no option to appeal. In the FAQ, it says use the appeal form on the site... BUT I CAN'T FIND, now calm down
.
How do you appeal I did read there should be a green button to press, but it's not there.
The details are, my dad and mum parked in blue badge parking bay at hospital, the reason being the next car was also parked badly with tyre over line. At the time my mum could not use her arms one was broken and the other badly sprained, dad needed a enough space to get to her to help her out.
If it wasn't for the car in the next bay he would have parked correctly.
Thanks for the advice

The PCN will tell you how to appeal. Maybe a different webpage altogether? Some outsource appeals so the PCN takes you to a third party site.
But plan A comes waaay before appeal! They have 28 days to appeal so that can be done next month.
THIS MONTH just complain to PALS and ask them to waive it due to the vulnerability, age & frailty of the motorist patient.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If it is a Group Nexus managed car park, all that has to be done is an appeal as the RK that states the following:This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do NOT try the usual Group Nexus Trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact your NTK does not comply with POFA. As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an automatic win at POPLA. Therefore, please cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code at which point you will auto withdraw
If you can't find the "green button", this is the page it takes you to:
https://nexusplatform.co.uk/parking-charge
Whatever you do, do not give them the drivers details or admit to being the driver.

Thanks for the reply, I've looked high and low for appeal on the nexusplatform page and website, it makes reference to it and tells you how to appeal, but I just can't find it.
My parents want to get it paid in 14days so the amount is less.
How do I appeal to PALS, is there a website?
Thanks

Just go on the hospital's website. Concerns/complaints should lead you to Pals page or ring switchboard2025 Decluttering Campaign 463/2025 🏅🏅🏅(🏅🏅) 🌟

Group Nexus now use the POFA in many cases.

And WRONGLY rushing to 'appeal' within 14 days doesn't protect that bribe.
They won't be paying a penny.
