smart meter not working properly

I woke up today and my smart meter is only displaying information for gas. All the electricity information is not there anymore. Up until now it has been working fine. Don't know what the potential problem could be. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,think you are referring to your IHD, in home display, have you checked the actual smart meter to see if it still showing display?Y'all take care now.0

The electricity meter itself is still showing display. It is the small display unit they gave me to monitor the gas and electricity usage that is not displaying the electricity information.0

I have checked my actual meter, seems to be okay. I have turned off the IHD and restarted it, still just the gas information.0

Try moving it next to the meter for an hour or so.0

The actual electricity meter has the 4 green lights flashing and seems to me showing the historic reading up until yesterday and the current reading is 00000. So I am going to wait a few days and see if either it rectifies itself or Octopus Energy gets in touch with me.0

I would take a photo of the meter showing the index reading and send it to [email protected]
The flashing LEDs have nothing to do with the electricity meter. What you are looking at is the DCC-provided communications hub. The hub sits on top of the electricity meter to provide power to the hub.1 -
