Amazing! I called Orange today, managed to get a lovely and helpful guy on the other end, and everything was sorted within 20 minutes! he even gave me his extension number so that I can deal with him directly from now on! Restored my faith in humanityI :heartpuls Procrastination.0

Also thought me to ask for people's names, etc... That way instead of saying 'someone' said, I can actually have some kind of proper point of reference. Also, the nice Orange person I spoke to explained that they have different call centres around the country (he is located in the north of England), and I hadn't realised. but it seems you can ask to be transferred to a specific call centre if you wish to!I :heartpuls Procrastination.0
