By entering the Dacia Ultimate British Road Trip Prize Draw (“Promotion”), entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Please retain a copy for your information.

 

Eligibility

 

1. This Promotion is open to permanent residents of England, Scotland and Wales only, aged 21 or over. Employees and their immediate families of Renault UK Limited (the “Promoter”), its retailers, subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.

 

2. Entrants must have a full, valid driving licence and eligibility will be subject to license checks and the discretion of the Promoter. Entrants with 6 points or more on their licence or any previous driving convictions will not be eligible. Proof of age will be required.

 

3. The Promotion will run from 09:00am BST on 08.08.2023 (“Opening Time”) to 11:59pm on 31.08.2023 inclusive (“Closing Time”) (altogether the “Promotional Period”).

 

4. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotional Period. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

 

Entry Requirements

 

5. To enter, comment on the Prize Draw social post on Facebook or Instagram with the correct answer to the question 'which temperature does Alice Levine select to cool down in the Jogger?’ and tag three user accounts.

 

6. All entries to be received by the Closing Time. Any entries received after this time will be rejected.

 

7. No purchase will be necessary.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

 

8. There will be one winner in total (the “Winner”), who will receive the “Prize”.

 

9. The prize draw Winner will be randomly selected under the supervision of an independent adjudicator.

 

10. The Winner will be notified by a Direct Message from the official @DaciaUK Facebook page or @Dacia_UK Instagram profile within five days of the Promotional Period ending to confirm they have won the prize. The Winner will have 48 HOURS to accept the prize by direct message confirmation of acceptance in reply to the direct message confirmation from the @DaciaUK Facebook page or @Dacia_UK Instagram profile. Failure to do this will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original winner or dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the Winner. The decision of the Promoter is final. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their Facebook account during this time in case they are the winner.

 

11. Delivery of the prize will be organised by the Promoter and fulfilled by 31.03.2024.

 

The Prize

 

12. The Prize is supplied by the Promoter. The prize consists of the following (altogether the “Prize”):

 

a. An Airbnb Gift Card with a balance of £1,000, which can be redeemed at https://www.airbnb.co.uk/gift. You must have an Airbnb account in order to redeem the Gift Card.

 

b. One All-New Dacia Jogger (the “Vehicle”) on loan for a maximum of 14 days. The Vehicle is subject to stock availability and Dacia reserves the right to change the vehicle type at its sole discretion. The Winner will not own the Vehicle.

 

13. All elements of the Prize must be taken at the same time. As per Airbnb’s UK Gift Card Terms & Conditions, no fees of any kind apply to Airbnb’s Gift Cards, and its Gift Cards and Gift Card balances do not expire, however the Vehicle loan prize element must be used before 31.03.2024, at which point it will expire.

 

14. The Prize cannot be shared or used by individuals outside of the Winner’s immediate family.

 

15. The Prize will be subject to the terms of conditions of any third-party provider, including Airbnb’s UK Gift Card Terms & Conditions stated here: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/3103

 

16. The Winner will have third party insurance while loaning the Vehicle and will be responsible for any damage or costs that are not covered by the third-party insurance.

 

17. The Vehicle prize element is subject to the Winner’s acceptance of the Promoter’s vehicle loan agreement, which will be shared with the Winner prior to the vehicle handover. In the event that the Winner refuses to accept the vehicle loan agreement terms, it will not be able to receive the Vehicle aspect of the Prize, and no further compensation will be provided to the Winner.

 

18. The Vehicle will be delivered to the Winner’s home address on a date agreed between the Winner and Promoter, subject to availability. The Vehicle must be available for collection by the Promoter or its agents at the Winner’s address no later than 14 days after the Vehicle is delivered to the Winner. The Winner is responsible for arranging suitable car seats for any passengers. The Winner must notify the Promoter by email to communications@dacia.com within 60 days of agreeing the Vehicle delivery date, to enable the Promoter to arrange for the Vehicle delivery. In the event the Promoter is not notified 60 days prior to agreement of the Winner’s vehicle delivery date, delivery of the Vehicle may not be guaranteed.

 

19. The Prize does not include fuel, travel, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.

 

20. The Prize cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

 

21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the details of the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Alice clearly says 19 in the video. The 18.5 is what someone else sets it to earlier in the video.

@BootsMullery and @Moneybot, how do you get your IG URLs to appear as a text URL and not the "sad face", grey rendering of the IG post itself? I _think_ I saw a comment from someone saying something like "paste url, tap/click link, paste again".

You paste the url, then highlight it, then click on the "link" symbol at the top of the post and paste the url again in the box that appears, then click OK. This is exactly the same method that you would use to create a "clicky" link.
