  • Good evening guys, i just arrived home and collected letters from my postbox and ive realised that the date to submit N180 form was on 30th of October and 2nd of November for those two cases, is there anything i can do right now or does that mean that i have lost the case?

    Don't worry about that.
    Respond to them now.

But having said that, it seems remarkably quick.

Earlier in your thread you were planning to file a Defence on 20th September.
On 17th October you received the usual 'intend to proceed' letter from the Claimant.
The CCBC usually take a couple of months before sending a DQ to a Defendant and the Defendant then has twenty-eight days to reply.

Anyway, all that aside, this is one stage in the process where if the CCBC don't get a timely response, they write again giving you another seven days.

As I said at the start of this post, respond now.
  • Hello, i have received notice of transfer of proceedings last week so i will be awaiting for hearing allocation

I have question regarding Witness Statement, will this be an enough for evidence of scarce/illegible small print signs or thats valid ?

Also in terms of tenancy agreement, during that period I was staying in my partners place without being on the tenancy agreement, so not "legally", is there any way i could prove point that i was residing there at that time in "emergency" ?

Im just afraid that i wont have enough evidence for witness statement in comparison to my defense that ive sent out

It's not illegal to reside with her. You were a resident/authorised visitor at all material times.
