Your credit is not damaged by receiving a court claim and defending it using our template defence (if it happens). No CCJ.
Tell them if you move house - of course!
You obviously ignore £170 debt demands - did you read the FOURTH POST of the NEWBIES FAQS? You should. It's not a lot to take in at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Your "credit" will not be damaged! How on earth do you imagine your "credit" can be damaged just because you received a speculative invoice for an alleged breach of contract from an unregulated scammer private parking company? This is a simple civil matter. There's nothing criminal about it except for the scammer's methods.
If you ignore it, and they proceed to issue a court claim and you ignore and you receive a CCJ and then fail to pay that CCJ within 30 days of judgment, then that will lead to "damage" to your "credit". Otherwise, there is no danger of any "damage" to your "credit".
