Has anyone successfully transferred out a Wealthify ISA?

I am curious to hear if anyone has managed to do this... I opened a new Cash ISA with Lloyds and one of the ISAs I am trying to transfer in is a Wealthify S&S ISA.
It's been four weeks since I sent off my paper request forms to Lloyds. They claim to have sent them on to Wealthify first on 24/7, then last Friday. Wealthify - I just spoke to them today - say they have not received anything from Lloyds.
I have spent a lot of time talking to Lloyds, incredibly frustrating, who keep saying they passed it on, and Wealthify are saying they received nothing. I don't know what to do, as an EU national living in UK I do like the ISA concept but this is my first transfer experience and it's a nightmare...
