I've used airalo in a number of countries, but not the USA. Can't see why it wouldn't work there provided you have a phone that takes an eSIM and is 4G or 5G.
You will need to look at the different options for the size or unlimited, but airalo does allow you to buy then top up as necessary.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. To add, O2 in the UK has free roaming in the USA, so compare with the cost of getting an O2 SIM here.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Airalo offers 20GB over 30 days for 42$. If you get through 20GB you can always buy more.peteyh said:Thanks appreciate - checked those out but neither seem to be offering unlimited unfortunately.. You used to be able to buy a three sim for £10 which would give you free mins/text and data for 30 days in the USA but not sure if that’s still available , you could only buy it from a three shop it wasn’t available online last time I bought one early last year0

I could just show you my recent bill! Visited Canada and USA and no charges. But they send you a text message on arrival with a link to this page:photome said:
Can I ask where you have seen that 02 have free roaming in the USA , I thought it was £6 a day for a travel bolt on .silvercar said:To add, O2 in the UK has free roaming in the USA, so compare with the cost of getting an O2 SIM here.
I know they are free in the EU

I'm with O2 on a 12 month SIM only but don't think I get the "O2 Travel Inclusive Zone". I've had a look around my O2 account and certainly can't see it anywhere. It does say "selected O2 Refresh and Sim only" so I guess I'm not a lucky one, I can only see EU roaming included. Although I'm on a very cheap plan.silvercar said:

Still works. Three PAYG Data Bundles include Go Roam upto 12GB in a month. I know the OP wants unlimited, but Three PAYG is a cheap and easy option, there's WiFi everywhere in the USA so I've always found 12GB is fine for when you're out and about in between WiFi.photome said:You used to be able to buy a three sim for £10 which would give you free mins/text and data for 30 days in the USA but not sure if that’s still available , you could only buy it from a three shop it wasn’t available online last time I bought one early last year

I'm on a (legacy I guess) 10GB for about £8 a month plan and I got it. If you aren't on the high data plans you could pick it as your one extra.bagand96 said:
