Do private Saba/ZZPS fines expire after 6 months?

Hi!
Firstly thank you for all the information on this thread, received a parking fine from a TFL car park, from ZPPS and not Saba, appealed, went to POPLA, and then played mail ping pong with both Saba/ZPPS asking for SARS and the original PCN NtK.
ZPPS are increasingly sending more emails and it's just worrying me, does anyone know if Bylaws state that the PCN expires after 6 months? This is tomorrow's date for me.
in any case, I can't afford £170, especially as I paid with RingGo and realised afterwards that I paid for the wrong car park which they won't accept as a reason.
Any info greatly appreciated!

No they don't, unless they called it a Penalty.
You won't be paying!
Just ignore ZZPS and GCTT (same rubbish).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If ZZPS are involved it's only at debt collector level, they most certainly won't have issued any parking or penalty charge, it will be SABA in the driving seat for that. How is the SABA first letter to you headed - Parking Charge Notice or Penalty Notice? There is a significant difference in terms of how long each can be pursued through formal legal channels.ZZPS can continue chasing an alleged debt until the cows come home, SABA can chase a Parking Charge Notice for 6 years and a Penalty Notice for 6 months (even that's debatable as they are not the landowner). Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

You say "a TFL car park".
Which car park exactly?

Hi Keith
Chesham car park. It’s a parking charge notice!I have honestly not received any first letters from Saba- just the letters from ZZPS asking for £170 apiece!!!!I keep emailing SABA asking for SARs but they just point me to the direction of ‘paymyparkingcharge’0 -
Do Railway Bylaws apply at the carpark? Please advise accordingly, I’m just very worried and not getting anywhere with SABA.0

How sure are you nothing will happen?
(thank you for a speedy response).I keep getting differing opinions on if the parking charge expires in 6 months or is covered by railway by laws because TFL owns the station but SABA manage it.0 -
100% certain, because I've done this for over 15 years and SABA don't sue over single PCNs, and daft debt crawlers can't.
NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.
I already answered your first question and no-one has given conflicting info:@starz786 said:

2. If the PCN is marked 'Parking Charge Notice' rather than 'Penalty Charge', it's 6 years.

Thank you^I just got worried because mine say “parking charge” and I didn’t want SABA/ZZPS chasing me for 6 years0
