Double glazing

On the 19th July I had the start of my double glazing fitted. In the first van were 2 men who started removing windows. They did so in haste and destroyed my windows as they went. In the second van were a further 2 men and my new windows.
As they offloaded I immediately saw that they were the wrong colour, I had ordered 18 black wood grain effect and they had supplied 18 dark brown wood grain effect. I immediately put a stop to the installation and called customer services who in turn called depot. I rang 3 times but there was no response from depot. I asked the men to carry on installing as I wanted to be watertight and safe. The depot finally made contact the next day and I was told they do not make black windows, only dark brown. The sample we had been shown at the time of ordering was of old stock.
In addition my house has been wrecked. Plasterboard has been ripped off the walls so that I can see pipework, roof tiles are broken. Cement used on the exterior has fallen out revealing blue foam, and areas that haven't fallen out are cracked and will fall out
Where there is damage to the exterior window frames caused by the fitters, they have tried to disguise the damage by spraying the areas with paint however they have used black paint and not dark brown. The black paint has been used on 5 windows.
The company Safestyle UK have literally wrecked my house. I have been conversing with them via emails phone calls and have lots of photographic evidence. They have breached their own contract and that of consumer goods act 2015.
They have recently offered a solution to come and make good on the interior plasterboard and exterior cement
Remove all windows and they will make 18 more in another colour.
Remove 5 painted black windows and replace with 5 new dark brown windows
Remove all windows, get a refund and go somewhere else
Have £2500 compensation and keep everything as is
I have been left with a wrecked house, and dark brown windows.
I do not wish Safestyle to ever set foot on my property, as I simply do not trust them so I would rather keep as is
I paid £15500 for this mess what should a reasonable compensation figure be ?
As yet I have only paid £1500 deposit
Thank you in advance

Contact FENSA, Safe Style are registered installers, and FENSA have a complaints procedure.I had very bad experience with Safe Style too, but in my case it was one of their installers doing a side job unknown to me and it turned out he wasn’t personally FENSA registered and I had to threaten legal action, and he eventually paid to have the installation approved, and a certificate issued.0

I think from a legal point of view the window company have probably set out your options.
1. Let them come and have a go at putting things right
2. Tell them to take their windows back and give you a full refund.
3. Keep the windows and negotiate an amount of reduction that you would be happy with and presumably have someone else come and fix up any damage caused.
Beyond that if you'd incurred losses because of their bad job then I think you'd be entitled to pursue them but this might be mitigated by them offering to come and put things right.1
