Moving from Vodafone to Lebara

Hi, i am currently with Vodafone, paying £10 a month for a Basics contract, 20GB, 18 months with no 5G. I notice Lebara offer a monthly contract 20GB with cashback for £7.99 a month with the first 3 months at £1.99, making it less that £7 a month.   

Interested in your experiences with Lebara.

No visual voicemail which is a minor annoyance.  Coverage very good.

Switching took longer than it should have by about 24 hours.

Customer service not great.

It’s been 10 days and I still can’t use my ported number with Lebara (moved from Vodafone). Customer service so far by phone, web chat and email has been awful - they can’t seem to deviate off script and do not listen/read what I tell them. 

I hugely regret moving for the sake of a few quid.

had 3 accounts over the last couple of years - just signed up again - good value, good signal - people report issues with customer service but then a lot of companies have the same reports. Overall, satisfied with Lebara

Switched from Voda to Lebara over 12 months ago, very happy with it and no issues. Used it regularly for roaming and not had any problems
