Hey, I just started working on this now. I apologise as this might be a daft question...

GolfR12 template from the Forums and adjusting. In the WS, it says: 

"My defence is repeated and I will say as follows: Preliminary matter: The claim should be struck out" etc.....

Just to confirm, should I also change all the paragraphs in here so that it matches my defence too? Or do I leave it all as it is and just change the facts and signage even though there are some paragraphs which don't match?

You copy all of that.  But - of course - read the Chan case! You need to understand it and why your own claim is similarly defective and should be dismissed.

You are only changing the facts & photos.

If there are phrases that don't match then remove them if they make no sense.

Right, I’ve started to confuse myself. In terms of the this ParkingEye ticket, I’m still at “Defence Received Stage”. What I was referring to above was a ticket which I have another post for. I will comment there instead

It's been a long time since there's been an update on this since the backlog. But basically:

• I submitted N180
• Was referred to my local court, who reached out to me asking me to submit my defence because it was missing from the file (for some reason)
• I resent my defence
• Received allocation for hearing at local court and asked to submit WS by 10th Jan 2025
• Received email on January 6th 2025 by DCB legal of discontinuing, with attached notice

Once again, thank you all for your help over the last couple of years! That's all my cases over, all of which were discontinued before the hearing!
