The vague check in report can be useful. Challenge for evidence of change from good condition. You need to be picky and 'ask the letting agent to provide evidence of change in condition'. If there are no photos provided by estate agent of before, argue that condition has not changed except for wear and tear.Smart agents would roll forward the check out details to next check in report.May you find your sister soon Helli.

Pictures were added on the inventory on the rear garden for that and I've returned the rear garden to that with obvious betterments including a well trimmed rose bush. One of the hedges is visibly bigger but still neat and tidy. Apparently several hundred pounds to trim that. What's telling is it's well over a week since I moved out but there's not been any claims put in against the deposit, they're just nagging me to come back and do this mystery work on the garden. I bet the weeds have been doing some great growing since I moved out the other week with this weather and all!0
