Paying via Paypal on Ebay

I don't buy much on Ebay but I will need to make a few purchases over the next few days. I still have some money in Paypal which is still linked to my Ebay account. If I use paypal to pay, does the seller end up paying more commission? Just don't want to upset any sellers by using paypal if they end up paying paypal…

Sellers can only use managed payments on eBay, there is no facility to take PayPal direct. Buyers can use a lot of different payment methods but sellers don’t see the original payment method, they just ge5 paid out via managed payments.
