I have phoned then several times and emailed them. They appear to be an umbrella company for adult dating websites. They claim every time I contact them that I have subscribed to a trial which has now matured to full membership. I have not. Contact your bank/building society and inform them you've been a victim of fraud (which it is). They'll investigate it for you and most likely block payments to the provider.

In terms of reclaiming lost funds, try to collect evidence and if your bank/building society can't recall them, take the company to the small claims court.
