Transferring cash ISA from Yorkshire Bank (Virgin) to new Virgin cash ISA

Does anyone have any experience of the time it takes to transfer a mature Yorkshire Bank ISA to a new Virgin Cash ISA? The old ISA was taken out 3 years ago with Yorkshire Bank which is now part of Virgin. It even uses a Virgin login to access the account.
5 days and counting so far. I'd have thought it would have been almost instantaneous.

Cash ISA to cash ISA transfers must take place 'within 15 business days of the transfer instruction being received by the new ISA manager' according to Gov.uk:StrikeBack said:Does anyone have any experience of the time it takes to transfer a mature Yorkshire Bank ISA to a new Virgin Cash ISA? I just did exactly the same move. I applied before the old ISA expiry date and the transfer took four working days after the original ISA finish date. Yorks >> Virgin.
