Two Alerts for Private Message

A private message now creates two alerts, one on the envelope symbol and one one the bell. Each has to be acknowledged separately, or at least if you read the message by clicking on the envelope, be bell alert still stays until you either read the message again from there, or select "mark all read". Not tested the other way, does reading from the bell mute remove the envelope alert as well?

This was exactly the same before the forum change, and I believe it is the way it is meant to work.
