Purplebricks management fees

I’ve received a statement from Purplebricks today for a property I let through them and I’ve noticed that the management fee has increased 125% without any notice or agreement with me. My original contract with them (signed in 2018) has no mention of them being able to increase fees, so I believe the increase to be unlawful? Not sure if that’s the right term.
where do I stand on this? I’m waiting for a call back from their accounts team to discuss but I just want to know the legality

The contract doesn't mention anything about changes to fees? That would be very unusual.0
