Vodafone Broadband Sign-on Cashback Vouchers [Not Honoured]

MSE carries a broadband deal on its pages that gives a cashback voucher from 'Giftcloud.com' when signing up to Vodafone Broadband.
I am well past 120 days since my activation date, but the voucher has not been honoured. It did track (I can see they verified the purchase), but they have not sent it out, in spite of me emailing 'hello@giftcloud.com' 10-15 times now.
The company in question responsible for sending out the voucher is called 'Giftcloud.com', which is part of 'InvidationDigital.com'.
When you check https://www.invitationdigital.com/, you'll find:
- Emails go unanswered
- Phone line rings off dead (number no longer in service)
- LinkeIn page removed.
Vodafone say the voucher offer is nothing to do with them and that they have no facility to contact Giftcloud or apply pressure on them to honor the voucher.
(I find this itself a difficult one to agree with, since the offer is referred to on the 'vodafone.co.uk' website when you sign up - not just the pages that took you there).
So, I rather think MSE should stop promoting this (so called) deal, and this post should serve a warning unto others.
I know the general advice is not to let the 'voucher tail wag the dog' - but at £145 cashback (now reduced to £110), its going to have some sway.
Aside from a small-claims-court route for £145 against the parent company, are there any other suggestions to get what I am owed?
Might MSE themselves have a communication channel open with Giftcloud?
(I doubt they want to concern themselves with individual cases, but, maybe this is not uncommon, or I am at the forefront of a wave of unpaid vouchers if the company is in trouble).
Regards,
SC

Hi MSE_James.
I think that page you linked me to has an error in it.
The email text says one email address, but the 'mailto:' shortcut it links to, has a different one.
voucherhelp vs eevouchers.
Thanks. SC.
p.s. I have sent an email to both. Fingers crossed they can help. Thanks again.

From what I'm seeing on the web, the Vodafone Giftcloud Voucher is a 'scam' with no one actually getting the promised voucher through after the 120 days...- Re: Giftcloud £120 Voucher Scam - Community home (vodafone.co.uk)
- Giftcloud Reviews | Read Customer Service Reviews of www.giftcloud.com (trustpilot.com)
- Broadband bought with an 'after 3 months get a £110 voucher' advert. No voucher, and given the run around. Can I cancel? : r/LegalAdviceUK (reddit.com)
