Spoonie_Turtle said:I wonder if it was originally via the GSP, so you shouldn't have been able to send an invoice because each item goes separately, but it glitched and let you send an invoice and that changed the address to their home address taking it out of the GSP.
Very weird, whatever actually happened.0 -
I’ve checked my eBay settings and it says I’m not enrolled in GSP, maybe it’s just an eBay glitch. The first invoice I sent was with combined postage, but that did have a UK address, but maybe that caused a glitch. EBay does seem to have a few glitches from time to time.0

If you were able to send an initial invoice then this wasn’t a GSP item.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. If you're not enrolled for GSP though that would seem to rule out that option.
Also it doesn't seem like the buyer actually paid so changing address at checkout wouldn't explain it either.0 -

Keep in mind that you currently won't be able to combine postage if you purchase multiple items from sellers in this programme.”
Once a buyer buys via the GSP they can’t change it and buy direct without cancelling the sale and re buying.
I sell quite a lot through the GSP I find it very handy but if someone wants more than one item and asks me beforehand I have to relist as a bundle, but I don’t like doing that and try and avoid doing it as once I have a message about buying something I don’t like to then delete the listing on eBay in case eBay bots pick it up as an off eBay sale.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
