ale8966 said:Hi all,
I have just come back from my holiday and found this letter in the post, and I could really do with some help about what to do.
It seems to say that the court has not received or has lost my questionnaire.
First of all I don’t understand how that is possible, since I did receive the call about mediation, and during the call I seem to remember that they referred to some details that were in the questionnaire.
On the other hand, as I mentioned in my previous posts, I DID make the mistake of not sending the questionnaire via email AND I did send it via recorded service.AND I didn’t notify the claimant, which I bitterly regret now.
The problem is that they are asking me to send a copy of the questionnaire, ad I don’t have it, well, I did take screenshots of it before I sent it, I wonder if this could be a valid way to send it… there is no email address for the court they want me to send it to (the one I requested near my address)… how am I supposed to send this now in order to avoid further mistakes?
Can I possibly find out the email address for my assigned court and send them the screenshots of my questionnaire ?
It all seems to be getting really odd. I attach copy of the letter after I deleted all possible identification.
Thank you for any help you can provide, I know this is the consequence of not following the steps properly, I am really sorry about this.

Nothing new or difficult; just email a fresh copy that you can download. @KeithP's reply made me laugh!
You might want to also attach your tracking proving that the paper version was signed for by the CNBC months ago

just so you know all the personal details can be seen through the black with ease you might want to delete it2

@Coupon-mad, would it be ok to send the screenshots of the original one together with the tracking? Do I just send it to the email address I find online for my assigned court?0

Hello, I have an update on my case and as usual I am confused by the letters received…
In fairness, this time it is REALLY confusing, as I have received two letters at very short distance the one from the other..
I’ll post them here. (I made sure to delete any reference this time!)
The first letter (second image here) said that both parties had to deliver a written letter in defence of their claim;
then a couple of days later I received the second letter (theirs picture, in double page)giving me a date for the hearing but saying they ‘unless the claimant does by 4pm on the 15th October pay the court the fee of 27£…. Then the claim will be struck out with effect from 15th October. It also states that the case has been double booked.
What does all of this mean?
Do I still need to write my defence letter by the 14th May?
I also received a letter from DCB Legal stating they are prepared to make an offer.
Shall I just accept it
I’m so worried, I really don’t want to go to court for this.
Many thanks for your help and patience, as always.0 -
Do I still need to write my defence letter by the 14th May?Yes but DCB Legal will discontinue anyway.I also received a letter from DCB Legal stating they are prepared to make an offer.Absolutely not! They're about to discontinue next week. There will be no hearing & nothing to pay and it ends next week.
Shall I just accept it
Check your emails and junk emails daily. Please show us a screenshot of the attached NoD when it arrives from DCB Legal.

The order is to prepare witness statements.
If the claimant wants to make an offer they can put it in writing. A request for you to call them ain't an offer.
Note that the trial fixture appears to be floating and may not be heard on the date listed - check and follow those instructions carefully nearer the time.1 -
Surely, if you are this far through the process, trial date notification letter, you have already submitted your defence!1
