You might find it useful to look at your Personal Tax Account on gov.uk.
If you look at the PAYE section you can see the employment(s) HMRC are aware of and what Real Time Information (RTI) your employer has submitted. They have limited information from each RTI submission but probably enough to help you with this problem.0 -

Your employer (or whoever runs their payroll) reports your earnings in real time to HMRC. DWP are fed this information and use it to calculate how much UC you qualify for.
You can check exactly what information HMRC have received for your pay in your online tax account. If wrong then either it's your employer or SD Worx who have made a mistake. Complain to your employer, it is they who employ SD Worx, and whichever one of the two has made the mistake need to correct the RTI with HMRC to reflect what you have actually been paid. They are duty bound to report accurate information, both the amount and pay date, and correct mistakes in a timely manner.
Whilst it's possible to sort out the problem by complaining to DWP I've always thought that's like sorting a problem backwards as you're complaining to those at the end of the journey for what someone did at the start. DWP would obviously need to get in touch with HMRC who would need to get in touch with your employer, it's not a quick solution. Cut all that out and go straight to the source of the problem, your employer/payroll company to get it corrected.
