@frazzg, have you seen the template Defence thread yet?
I have indeed, I've got my head around it but essentially just understand how much of my own info/specific appeal to add in the 'The facts as known to the Defendant:' part

The stuff I already advised.  :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think mention everything briefly in defence; what happened on the day, did you appeal or complain, and you can say when you researched it, you were shocked to find several breaches of the BPA CoP and terrible reviews from other motorist victims.
Great, thanks. Thinking ahead a bit but Is it worth using specific examples and screenshots of the CoP and how they company haven't followed it? Or will that hinder me?

Don't mind a bit of overkill as long as it is actually overkill and not a backstep

No pictures or evidence is attached yet.

There is a stage for that. A vital stage, LATER.

This question always worries me and I suggest people who ask this, need to pop back to the second post of the NEWBIES thread and re-read the stuff under the RED CAPITALS heading 'IMPORTANT: KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.

I should of been more clear and specifically said in the WS other than saying 'Thinking ahead a bit' in my previous post, apologies. I've read it numerous times don't worry    :)

Aah no worries, then yes start gathering evidence soon as you like.  But your priority is your defence.

No problem, thanks. Just a quick question too, the vicar forwarded me this email from the parking company:
    --------
    Good morning

I have checked our records and we have received no correspondence previously to cancel the below PCN Do you have any email correspondance relating to this request?

As this PCN is at court and a CCJ has been obtained, it cannot be cancelled.

The driver can speak to our legal team for advice on phone number: 0870 9195577 or email: legal@ce-service.co.uk

    Thank you,
    ------------

Isn't this a straight lie regarding the CCJ? as it hasn't even been in court yet

Make sure the Vicar is aware of this lie and he can then try to use his influence with, you know who, to cast hell and damnation on the demon PPC. Well, that or ask them to clarify their obvious untruthful statement.
