Which bit are you stuck on? The N180 has all the guidance text on the form itself2

N180 D1 response
I am not content for the case to be heard 'on the papers' because that seems to disproportionately give an advantage to a legally represented party. I feel strongly after all these years of intimidating demands from this aggressive parking firm and its agents, that I need a voice at an attended hearing.
I wish to question the Claimant about their evidence at a hearing in person and to expose omissions and any misleading or incorrect evidence or assertions.
Given the Claimant is a firm who complete cut & paste parking case paperwork for a living, having this case heard solely on papers would appear to put the Claimant at an unfair advantage, especially as they would no doubt prefer the Defendant not to have the opportunity to expose the issues in the Claimants template submissions or speak as the only true witness to events in question.

The N180 is a very straight forward form, so shouldn't take long to get the advise you need, once we can see the "new" form.2 -
thanks for reply, the old help forum doesn't mention any of the E1 to E5 questions to fill out? I think my form is different from the old one ? Being dyslexic I have found this whole think very difficult and stressful, thought there is a lot of help out there, so thanks again!0

Are you able to upload the blank form for us?
With regards to the generic E1-E5 questions on the latest N180 form I can find:
E1 - Hearing Venue - Where do you live? Are you able to travel and do you have a preferred Court? Many hearings happen remotely via Cloud based meetings, even if you pick a specific Court. It's worth mentioning on here the area you are based in, as some Court's may be more favourable than others for this type of hearing.
E2 - Expert Evidence - No
E3 - Witnesses including you - 1 (if only yourself)
E4 - Hearing - Simply enter any dates when you don't want the trial to be e.g. if on holiday.
E5 - Witness vulnerability etc - This is a generic question where the Court is offering to take additional steps to help those in need, whatever that might be.
Is there any of those questions in particular that are confusing you? Maybe we can offer more detailed responses if so.2 -
hi, this a photo of the About the hearing, questions, thanks!

To be honest, the D1 question I found the hardest.
though there was also more D questions, mentioned in the forum, unless I have lost a page?
I have D1, then straight to E1 to E5 questions! thanks for help!0 -
Ok cool, yes that's the same form I saw online. My answers are above @BluntBlade - Any questions just ask, always best to double check if you're not sure. For what it's worth, the questions on the older form and this one are the same, they've just split them out and added some extra details about the hearing section at some point.3

E1:

E2: No (unless you have an "expert" witness, which most don't)
E3: 1 (unless you are bringing other witnesess... doubtful)
E4: Self explanatory
E5: Self explanatory2 -

You absolutely want a hearing, so that you can defend yourself. You are factually disputing what the Claimant is saying and therefore it's important that your Witness (you) can provide evidence directly.
As I mentioned, they've just changed the format of the form and where the questions are/the order they're in. If you read them side by side you can see they're still asking for pretty much the same information.2
