Hi , check out the m/board manufacturers site- most m/b's are 2 or 3 year warranty.0

Sounds like your mb or psu has gone, however..
unplug all the external cables - except the video + power, turn on the screen for (for 2 mins if a old tube screen so it gets warm), switch the power on and watch the screen.
If it does not work, remove power, unplug all the internal cables/boards/drives except power and vdu card and turn on.
Turn off an reseat the mem and cpu. switch it back on again.
Because the PSU supplies many different volts, it could still power somethings and not the other - a voltmeter would be handy????
If the psu is ok, then mboard is the only thing that is left and the only way to find if it is a component or actual board is to start swapping bits outGOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.

Tried clearing the CMOS. Still nothing. Tried bookducks suggestions and still nothing.
I don't have spares to swap it with to be %100 sure what it is.
No idea the make of the PC, no model # or anything but from the mobo serial number looks like it's this one

thanks for the help everyone.Sigless0 -
Rev going on your user name you have no doubt given a prayer for the computer and this did not work.
You have given it your best shot and tried all that you can, time to give it back.

Not sure about the praying lol. But yeah I have given it my best shot. There's a local PC shop I've used in the past, so I'll tell him to take it there.Sigless0

hopefully it is a PSU. Often when you replace an old MB you often will
need to buy another type of memory too and it might be cheaper to buy a new pc than to get it repaired?GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.
